Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be offered unless items arrive extremely damaged or lost. However, because shipments are out of my control after I hand them over to the post office, customers will have to pay the shipping fee.
Shipping & Processing
I am based in the United States and send out orders at least once a week on Fridays. If your order is submitted on a Friday after 10AM, at the latest, it'll be shipped the following Friday.

International Shipping Costs
- Unfortunately, I am unable to offer cheaper shipping for international orders at this time. I highly recommend that you order with a friend to split shipping costs or look for group orders!

UK/EU Shipping
- Bigcartel does not automatically collect VAT (Value-added tax)/Customs. Orders may be subject to VAT/Customs fees upon arrival to your country. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the VAT upon receiving the package.
- Etsy automatically calculates VAT/customs, so if you'd like to purchase through my Etsy shop here to avoid delays and confusion, feel free!

Shipping/Processing Timeline
- Orders will be shipped and processed within 1-2 weeks. Standard Delivery within the U.S. is about 1-2 weeks, Canada 2-3 weeks, and internationally 3+ weeks.
On Pre-orders
I do not have items listed as pre-order on hand. They will be shipped after the pre-order period closes and they arrive to me.

If I pre-ordered an item alongside something in stock, when will it be shipped?
- The orders will automatically be combined and shipped once I have all the items on hand.
- If you would like me to send them separately, make sure to include that in the "notes or instructions" box when checking out.

Feel free to suggest a character + the series they're from in the purchase notes for a thank you doodle to go with your order! Orders left blank will get a doodle of a character from the items they ordered 🫶
Please note that thank you doodles aren't guaranteed-- especially if I'm experiencing a large volume of orders. However, I'll do my best to deliver!
